What to Do If the Download Link Isn't Working

If the link provided isn't working, follow these steps to check your purchased apps:

  1. Open your device's App Store.
  2. Navigate to your Account (usually by tapping your profile picture).
  3. Select Purchased or Purchase History.
  4. Search for the Time Card App.
  5. If you find it, download it from there.

Out of Download Links Error

If you receive an error message stating "Out of Download Links", please text 913-601-0806 for immediate assistance.

Where to Find the Android App

To download the Android app, navigate to the Downloads page and click on the Android download button.

How to Install the App After Downloading

  1. After downloading the app, locate the file in your Downloads folder or tap the download notification.
  2. When prompted, tap Settings to allow installation of apps from unknown sources for your browser (e.g., Chrome).
  3. Enable the Allow permission toggle under Install unknown apps for your browser.
  4. Tap Install to proceed with the app installation. If it does not pop up, try clicking on the downloaded file again.
  5. You may see an additional prompt to Scan the Install. You can tap Install without scan to continue, it may be hidden bellow the expand carrot.
  6. Once the installation is complete, tap Open to launch the app.

Troubleshooting Installation Issues

  • Ensure you have enough storage space on your device for the installation.
  • If the installation fails, double-check that the Install unknown apps permission is enabled for your browser.
  • If you encounter any other issues, contact support by texting 913-601-0806.
